Our holiday rentals are located in the new district of Nessebar, in the quiet and comfortable new residential area Cherno More, which is only 10 minutes walking distance frm both the south beach of Nessebar and the Cacao beach of Sunny Beach.

The second one is a lovely eight kilometer long and 100 meter wide beach with golden sand. The beach is located next to the beautiful pedestrian promenade of Sunnny Beach, where dozens of modern artistic or just old-fashioned cozy bars, cafes, restaurants and open air holiday attractions await you day and night.

 

With us you will find everything your heart is longing for: warm sun, sea, long beaches, peace and relaxation, but also culture, UNESCO world heritage sites and romantic atmosphere on the one hand, but also the sparkling nightlife, parties, gourmet restaurantsdozens of providers of water sports and leisure activities on the other!

 

Rest and relax or see and being seen- the choice is entirely yours!

 

The modern apartment building was completed in 2020, it includes gated parking area, elevator, and is wheel-chair accessible. It is rated as 8 magnitude earthquake resistant. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops in a walking distance. A free public gym, tennis, basketbal, and mini-soccer courts are located within 5 minutes walk. There are multiple designated biking alleys throughoput town. The Cacao beach is just 700 meters away and the Unesco heritage old town of Nessebar is 3 km away for a pleasent boardwalk scroll.

 

The bus station is located next to the building with convinient connections to Nessebar, Ravda, Burgas, and Sunny Beach resourt.  You can take long walks in the dunes or on the beach or take advantage of the busy day- and nightlife of Sunny Beach.

 

The Burgas International airport is 20 minutes away and we can assist with your transportation.
